So, got the transmission back from the dealer. I wasn't able to get the parts because I didn't call in time, anyway it shift great now!
the dealer said that some of the gears were scored and needed to be polished and the shifting gears needed to be replaced so now I got almost everything back
together but the fuel pump and hydraulic dump dosent work so have to track that down then it should be ready to work!! again thanks ALLOT for all your help and replies!!

So you have run the engine and ensured that it shifts properly with engine running?

Yes,
I put a light tester on the plug that plugs into the cylinder and when I push the button it lights up,
but when you plug it in and hit the switch it just clicks. I know the cylinder works because i hooked it up to a battery and it worked fine!

Yes this screenshot is from the Technical Manual. I found this paper back copy on eBay. I have seen OEM copies on CD on eBay as well

I had the hard shifting problem with my 825i as well, especially when hot. Had to shut the engine down to shift. Dealer replaced the clutch twice and I still had the same issues. Naturally, warranty expired while still having problems so I sent my clutch to JDClutchDoc for repair. Had the repaired clutch on for almost a year now, with ZERO problems. Shifts smoother than it did new, cold or hot. I'm about to trade for and 865M, hope they don't have the same problems.
