JD wiring is unswitched (red, always powered) and switched (yellow, ignition in run). The toggle switch is low power which triggers unswitched relays for up/down. So you just need to get to the yellow switched power wire at the toggle switch and replace it with an unswitched power side wire. Since everything JD makes is harness/connector, you're likely looking at cutting, capping, and splicing in. The good news is you only have to deal with the toggle switch side. You can get a tech manual on eBay for $50 or so which will help you out on this or anything else. The attached picture shows what's going on.
