855D Gator NEW Winch Gator Will not start

Installed a Warn 3500 winch today using the JD wiring kit. The glow plug light is not lighting up on the dash nor will the gator crank now. The dump bed, head lights and NEW winch work. Any suggestions? I checked the connections, the three fuses and the battery is fully charged.

are you sure that gear is at "neutral position" ? And you have not touched that circuit for selector?
there is 9 fuses in 855D. Fuses 5 (Fan) ,6 (glow),7 (Start),8(Acc) are in ECU

1. Can you measure that you have 12V in those fuses what you mentioned
2. Originally there should be 2 red wires to battery + 2 black ones

Figured this out today. The black wire coming from the module was connected to the ground wires instead of the negative side of the terminal. Gator and New Winch doing well now!

Nice to hear that it is running again. I have a repair manual from john deere. That was about 35$. I paid for JD and they gave me a link for download. It is in pdf format. Really good manual with good instructions. I have a few repair manuals for my cars but this manual is the best one.
