Glad I found this group!
I recently purchased a used 2014 550 XUV. Unfortunately it has the same clutch issues everyone is complaining about. Thank god for this page. I was able to read a lot of good posts about how to solve it and more importantly I learned about the clutch doc. I will be shipping out the clutch soon for a fine tuning.
One question I couldn’t seem to find the answer for was how tight does the bolt that holds the clutch on need to be tightened after reinstallation ? Would an electric impact gun be too light or a 500 lb pneumatic impact to much? If anyone knows the proper torque I would greatly appreciate it.
