Have a friends 620i Gator that would not run right. It starts and idles fine but would not take gas after 1/2 throttle or so.It pulls out fine and then just dies/sputters.It got so bad before he brought it down he had a hard time even getting it on trailer to bring it down.I checked fuel pump pressure, real low.I replaced fuel pump, both filters and pick-up tube in tank.[I didn't replace regulator]I rode all around after done and seemed to run fine.He picked it up and took back to farm, called and said it seem to be doing same thing. He said you must really run it for a while and it started doing same thing, again.ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Ethanol in gasoline, I read, causes a lot of problems with small engines, carbon buildup for one. There are several additives that can change that I use Seafoam. You might try running it with an additive like Seafoam it should clean out the system and get rid of the carbon. It could be carbon buildup. Anyway I can't see it being anything other than fuel. I'm sure replaced the plugs and checked the spark. Heres a good artical on Carbon Build up http://www.carsandparts.com/Articles/Classics/Tech/understanding-and-treating-engine-deposits-1 .

I would also replace the rubber fuel lines because ethanel will breakup the insides and cause rubber to come loose and go into carb and create blockage inside line itself. Also there isn't something floating around inside the fuel tank that could get pulled into the pickup tube? Just some things I have run into.
