ive tried everything a new mas sensor new throtle body with both sensors it wont come down. i diconect the mas it comes down alot but its not bad. reconect it then it goes to 2200 again

Try switching the throt position sensor harnesses. I got mine switched wrong once and the idle rpm's went super high. Be ready to turn off the key if this happens but give it a shot.

When my battery was really dead I had to jump start it to start it but Idle RPMs 3500 continuously I shut it down and charged the battery with an external charger and that fixes my high idle.
As jd772 stated it could be battery voltage related.

For future reference, if anyone cares about their battery and alternator, they should ALWAYS charge the battery with a charger and then start the machine. Unless you have no other choice, of course...
