Maybe the connection at hazard switch pin 4 850B Green, corresponding Green wire or bad hazard switch.

Verify power at pin 4 when hazard switch engaged/on. Assuming it is right side that isn’t working. If switch has power at pin 4, follow the 850B wire to next connector and verify power.

Maybe post the other portion of wiring diagram.

If you are getting power to the switch on Pin 5 (yellow wire), then with switch engaged (on) voltage should be present at both pins 1 & 4 (blue and green wires). This is how the switch should work and the extra wire harness has no impact on verifying if power is available to switch and transferred through switch when activated.

Could also remove wires from switch and verify continuity (ohm setting on voltmeter). Should have no continuity between pins 5 & 1 or 5 & 4 when off and continuity when on. (Continuity should register zero or close to zero and infinity when open switch (off))

Your reference to top bottom or whatever is not helpful as nobody can see what you are seeing.
It might help if you markup what you have on the wiring diagram.

FYI Typically yellow wires under dash are power with key on or at least that’s how they use to be. Red is power always
