how do they compare to BF Goodrich all terrains? price, performance and wear?
It is difficult to compare an All Terrain tire to a Mud Terrain tire as they are made for different terrain. An all terrain tire is made to handle some of all types of terrain, whereas a mud terrain is more specifically for mud or more aggressive off-road terrain.

Price:

Cooper Discoverer MTP 285/70R-17 cost $235.00 each

BFG All Terrain T/A KO2 285/70R-17 cost $252.71 each

Both of these tires deliver excellent performance depending on the terrain. They also both wear very good as long as you rotate your tire regularly and keep track of air pressure.

Is there something specificity you are looking for in a tire?

I have a tundra with bf goodrich all terrains on it, they seem to wear fast when running with some weight in the truck....so Im looking around for a comparable tire to replace them with, but holds up to weight better..
