Same Filmore JD in MI. I had trouble befor with, not doing what they say.
They said they fixed the seat, got home seat never bolted it back in.

Now Read This""""""!!!!!!! They put a new front diff in my RSX 850i, after my first WV ride. They replaced the diff housing.

Last month at the cliffs off road park. It started making a loud noise in the drive line.
A good JD dear found the problem . Took it apart and found now diff fluid!!!!!!
And now axcial Seals that hold the fluid in. They also said they didn't use the right hardware . And took along time to get it apart. The inside of the front diff had rust.
They half to send up a complant to the district service rep.
I'm ready to contact JD and ask for a longer warranty.
What are your thoughts.

:mad: I would be on somebody's as$. I would definitely try to contact corporate or at least the owner of the dealership. I'm speechless.

I purchased the 2yr extended warranty, only to find out that the 2yr extended warranty over rides the 6 month warranty that comes with the machine. It maybe a good idea to look into extended warranty, being that this is a new product and we are its test subjects .

Agreed Magilla!!!! I would contact the owner of that dealership and if that does not get you anywhere, contact JD corporate.

I get so tired of putting any more time into getting anything done.
I just spend more time and gas going back to and from these a hol:s
I did a great intro video for the RSX when it came out with that dealer.
