I have a 2012 825 i. Any pictures of the fuse panel do not correlate to what the fuse panel actually looks like underneath the hood. Trying to figure out what the fourth fuse in line which is a 15 amp runs to what circuit. I'm sure you've seen the pictures of the schematic that show the fuses sideways and the relays 1 2 3 instead of an actual picture that matches what the panel and relays look like. Anyone have a proper diagram? The unit stop running and blows that 15 amp fuse every time you try and start it

It might help if you posted a picture of what you have.

The fuse panel info is in the operators manual and can be referenced and/or downloaded from Deere’s site. It’s hard to believe the correct manual doesn’t correlate to what you have unless modified at some point.

Serial number is needed to ID correct manual version. (Not year)

I'll post the vin as soon as I'm home. But every picture I've seen of the Interior or second fuse panel shows the relays laterally and the fuses laterally as well but when you look at the pictures people have taken of the fuse panel all the fuses are on their side vertically side up

Fuses are shown on page 64 of the operator manual I looked up earlier. Use the last digits of the PIN and link I posted earlier. You’ll find what you’re looking for.

I appreciate your help. I'll read through that. Since you seem to be pretty much working your way around this site fairly often and have dealt with this Gator stuff is it pretty common for this relay fuse panel to fail I noticed many of them for sale at 12 years old I would not be surprised it's ragged out

PS I'm not overly impressed with this John Deere non-replaceable relay rig assembly. Fleet manager and post office mechanic for 34 years. John Deere sure is not only taking advantage of their no right to repair but building trash too. I have one of their 325 tractors as well

Thanks for the link. I see that this is a starter relay fuse. I'm assuming one of those fixed relays in this relay module is the starter relay. As old as this unit is I also wonder if it's perhaps the contacts and the starter solenoid are a little corroded because if I run a 20 amp fuse it doesn't pop
