My bed lifts fine but will not retract. This happened when it was brand new but I didn’t take it back under warranty period. Lifted bed tonight and it has done it again. The pump makes noise with no movement when I hit the down button. I can’t force it down and unhooking the piston from the bed and trying it at a lower angle doesn’t help. Any ideas?
Update: As randomly as it happened, it started working again. I’ll just cycle it a few times before raising it all the way and see if that helps. There must be a valve sticking.
