My 2011 JD 825i XUV was not starting. Fuel pump has been replaced (upgraded) as well as fuel filter. Still not starting. Plugs good and motor will fire with an ether shot in intake. Need suggestions for continuing troubleshooting. Hate to pay the service fees to find out it’s something simple.

check the 15 amp fuse under hood. in the circuit board.

No fuses blown. New fuel pump is really quiet compared to the original. Doesn’t seem to load up near as long either. Took fuel outlet hose off of fuel pump, turned ignition on, no fuel comes out even when letting engine turn over. I wired new Quantum fuel pump black to black and blue to red per instructions. Could I have it wired backwards?

Correction, the fuel pump isn’t loading up like I thought. Makes no noise when ignition turned on. The slight buzz I heard is coming from the engine area, not the FP.

OK, with hose off at pump, when you cycled key,did fuel pump out ? will run only a short time of relay.

No sir, I ordered a new relay last night. I’ll let you know. Thanks
