Need front shocks for my 1997 4x2 Gator. JD Part # AM130448. JD wants $154 each. Way too much money. Found out Gabriel makes their shocks. But Gabriel won't give me a cross-reference. Gabriel says they can't due to their contract with JD. Can anyone help me find an aftermarket shock that doesn't cost and arm and a leg?

Normally i do not know much about aftermarket but i picked up some bronco shocks which are really good and i find them to be better than the old ones

Mine are the the 04312 since i got them cheap and wanted something lower with the same stroke anyway.
I paid maybe 100 dollar for both
Keep in mind that these are certainly not heavy off road shocks but they are certainly better than the oem shocks

You can use the following download link for the product specs.
You need an eye width with a maximum 23mm width
Normal shocks are around 320mm or 330mm long
Smaller eye width is not an issue, just put a washer or 2 and itll solve the problem

I would consider looking at your own machine because mine is highly modified but this is what 5cm difference looks like.
