jd.jpg Using my 590e to move wood chips, makes the job quick and fun. Only possible issue I have is with migration of the chips down onto the motor and alternator, might have to blank off the back of the bed to stop that.

I used a strip of thick firewall foam to seal the gap where the bottom of the bed meets the body panels right above the engine. It blocks some of the engine sound and helps prevent debris falling off the bed from getting down onto the engine. It works very well as long as the bed is closed. When I raise the bed the stuff falls on the engine anyhow.

I put a piece of thin plywood on the back extender panel , drilled it and secured with zip ties, works pretty good
