When you say the belt looks good, did you measure the width and is it within specifications?

I think the minimum width is listed in the owners manual.

Besides the minimum width the width should be uniform along the entire length. Also keep in mind the sides are the critical surfaces and removing helps with the visual inspection.

Did this problem occur gradually or one day it worked fine and the next day it did't? Typically belt wear and clutch issues are an issue that occurs gradually. If so, focus on belt and clutches. If it was an instantaeous change in performance I would suspect a fuel injection or an ignition problem, one cylinder not firing for some reason possibly a fouled spark plug, faulty ignition coil, bad injector intake or exhaust valve not seating. These engines sound like they are running fine.when only firing on 2 of the three cylinders. But when you apply a load they are a dog. this should give you a start to diagnosing your issue.
