My 2015 550UTV WANT HARDLY SHIFT. IT SHIFTS I OFF POSITION AND WHEN IT IS COLD. IT IS NOT IDLING TO HIGH. ANY THOUGHTS

The 550 is the most common offender and those are the classic systems of a primary clutch needing serious attention.

Get a hold of the Doc he is the man, I shipped my clutch to him and he received it Thursday and had it fixed and shipped back out on Friday now we are just waiting for it to arrive. We have a 835M that was hard to shift and lurched when trying to leave from the starting position

Did your cloth from Doc fix the hard shifting? You wouldn't believe how hard the dealer yanked mine while stating, "see, shifts fine." Its would be nice to be able to shift when stopped, my wife won't even drive it.

If your Gator shifts ok when off, his fix will solve. Many satisfied folks after he fixes.

He did ours and it's night and day difference, no more complaining from the wife about how hard it was to shift from high to park. 😁

Deere likes hard shifting. It helps sells more parts over time. Why else would they ignore a problem for more than a decade?
