How did you plumb the hydraulics for the bed lift?

 

It was a complete kit from eBay. There was no plumbing involved only wiring. It’s a complete piston kit with clevis pins for the frame and another for the bed. It came with all the wiring. The gator is pre-wired for it already … I think they all are

I am in the middle of a steering rack, seats, 4 tires, oil and filter, plugs, air filter, transaxle oil, fender repairs, shocks and some labels. I feel your pain!!

 

Never tried plastic welding, What kit do you recommend? I looked on Amazon and noticed that they only have 9,857,746,466,569 kits to chose from!!! Thanks!

 

I too looked through all the kits buts settled on this one. It is working very well for me and I am happy I bought it. I've used it for more than just the gator. I believe it will come in handy for many things. It seems built well for the $

Another tip. Use plenty of staples. Cut the stems with a rotary grinder. Ten times faster than using side cutters. Lightly hit the joint with the stems with a flapper disc. Will flush the stems and prevent someone from cutting a hand if they ever reach up inside the fender.
