My 550 came with a full windshield, I'm thinking about trying to make it a fold down half windshield. Has anyone done this or have any experience with this project? Thanks in advance. Jim

custom cut plexiglass and bolted door hinges? that's my only suggestion, of course there would be a small gap without a clear sealant to line the division of the windshield. if you did one hinge bolted on each side tho it might make your vision better, flip down windshields with the lines always bother me. just my 2 cents.
