I currently am working on a xuv825m s4. The steering icon comes on the dash. Also the battery keeps constantly having to be jumped. Will try anything to keep from taking the gator back to the dealership

Suggest load testing battery and verify charging system is OK also.

Steering icon could be from low voltage.
