I have the same issue with my 865m (2022, 85h).
My dealer will have a look same time he will repair the primary clutch. I will let you know, what they found, it will take two or three weeks.

 

most likely the speed sensor.

 

Think so after all the vibrations my Gator suffered. See „Gator 865 noisy/vibrations“.

 

I had the vibrations when making sharp left turns with my 825i.

 

It will be interesting to see if Ed replies to any comments or updates the solution.

 

I was never able to resolve my power steering issues on the 825i. I recently sold it when I took delivery of a new 835M with cab. I’m hoping that JD has made improvements on the newer models.

 

JD doesn’t have any incentive to improve quality. Warranty is only 1 year so easy to get through this period. If it fails later they make significant margins on replacement parts and get a premium to install. Plus they have near zero competition when it comes to replacement parts.

Hopefully your new Gator will provide years of enjoyment!

 

Did you ever figure out the issue? I have a 835 with the same thing.

 

In November 2023 my dealer changed the steering gear (under warranty). He sad it was the problem. Now everything is ok.
